Your Refund Rights
Under UK consumer law, you have strong rights when it comes to refunds. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't match the sample shown, you're entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the retailer can offer a repair or replacement first. For online purchases, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period where you can return items for any reason.
