Tips for Success
Check if delivery was marked as 'safe place' - companies can use this to avoid responsibility
Request proof of delivery with signature or photo if they claim it was delivered
For time-critical items, mention the urgency in your complaint
If you paid for express delivery, you're entitled to a refund of the delivery fee at minimum
What If They Ignore You?
If the retailer doesn't respond within 14 days, escalate to their customer service manager. For online purchases, you can also dispute with your card provider under Section 75 or chargeback rights.
